We are currently seeking you to build up and manage the operation and maintenance of a Regional Rapid Transit System (RRTS) and Mass Rapid Transport System (MRTS) business in Delhi, India. This 82km long Delhi-Meerut line will consist of 16 RRTS and 6 MRTS stations. This will include developing a local O&M company from scratch to full operations, developing and leading a passionate and performance driven team, steering quality, performance and customer satisfaction as well as ensuring economic success in India.

• Responsible for the smooth functioning of all power supply equipment’s in depots and all corridors during his shift
• Monitors & Controls Traction Power and auxiliary power networks during normal & abnormal scenarios.
• Manages failure on the traction power network and auxiliary power network, implement corresponding procedures to resume operation as quickly as possible
• Coordinates with maintenance teams (works, track work, power supply, overhead line) and planning cell to prepare all the maintenance works to be done on the lines/station/depots during night (maintenance/power blocks)
• Coordinates with traffic and depot controller for all field works (permits to work granted by Chief controller) especially the ones that need power blocks
• Strictly follows operational procedures and rules
• Maintains the Traction and auxiliary Power controller logbook
• Responsible for elaborating reports and analysis on power equipment
• Maintains and develops his competency on the system
• Is able to take Building Management System (BMS) controller position, if required
• Supports communication and security controller, if needed
• Any other works assigned by supervisor.
• To coordinate mock-drills
• To provide on-the-job training to new recruits.
• Technical Diploma holder (Electrical Engineering)
• 2-7 years of experience in TPC
