Plan & Execute Field activities such as Stub setting, Tower Ground Assembly, Vertical Erection, Rigging, Testing, De-Rigging, Dismantling & bundling and achieve the budgeted target.
Monitor the testing tower behaviors and report the failures in advance to prevent the major failure / collapse
Effectively utilize all the allocated resources (Workmen, P&M, Equipment and Consumables) and achieve the target.
Comply with EHS requirements all the times and Ensure Zero accident to self, subordinates & workmen while executing field activities.
Follow Quality procedures & NABL Requirements while executing field activities and complete the Internal / External assessment without major deviations.
