Your Key Responsibilities

Lead one team assigned. Implement operational measures, assigns individual targets and accountabilities, and provide guidance on processes or appliances.

Overall resppnsible for managing and handling of tool room activityExecution of design of machine spares.

• Machine shop and spares activities
• Heat treatment of Toolings
• Automation connectivity(channel)
  
  

Initiate and coordinate the development of required production technologies in time.

Lead development, validate and implement production technologies.

Improve production technologies in terms of quality, cost and robustness.

Initiate, define and lead all required measures to ensure that the most efficient production technologies are provided to the production.

Support/enable production or production departments to realize production (hand-over, training, trouble-shooting).

To look after tool room & machine shop

• Tool heat treatment
• Tool planning and get execution the work.
• Inter connectivity of machines (channel)
• In house manufactring & Reparing of Machine Spares
• In house manufactring & Reparing of Tools
• Maintain Tool room consumable stores
• Machine shop and spares.
• Process planning as well as job movement and raw material planning
• Execution of development jobs
• Trouble shooting
  
  

Organize, prepare and maintain risk assessments and provide resources for correcting all sort comings, to sustain continuous improvement regarding environment Protection, Occupational Health and safety and fire Prevention

Your Qualifications

• BE-Mech with 7:8 years / DME with 12:15 years in Tool room handling. Trained in tool room machines & processes.Trained in tool room machines & processes.
