About You
Flosum is seeking an experienced Testing Lead to oversee all testing activities for our company's SaaS products built on Salesforce and AWS platforms. The ideal candidate will have a comprehensive understanding of software testing methodologies, strong technical skills, and excellent communication abilities.

Our ideal Testing Lead is a skilled professional with extensive SaaS testing experience, particularly on Salesforce and AWS platforms. They excel in UI/UX, database, and server-side testing, with strong automation skills. This detail-oriented individual can create comprehensive testing strategies, communicate effectively with technical teams, and understand product functionality from a user's perspective. They combine technical expertise with leadership ability, a commitment to quality, and a passion for continuous learning in the rapidly evolving field of software testing.
Key Responsibilities:
Flosum provides a complete end-to-end solution including built-in merge tools, version control, continuous deployments, static code analysis, user story management & regression testing tools. Flosum is completely built on Salesforce, for Salesforce. It provides a suite of products ranging from Data Migration, Data Backup and Version Control for Developers, Admins, Architects, Directors and Chief Information Officers.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and execute all aspects of testing for our SaaS products
- Develop and implement testing strategies and plans
- Lead test automation initiatives
- Ensure high-quality standards are met for all product releases
- Collaborate with developers, architects, and other stakeholders
- Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging technologies
- Bachelor's degree in Information Security, IT, or related field
- 5+ years of proven experience in software testing, particularly with Salesforce and SaaS products
- Strong understanding of Salesforce platform and data structures
- Expertise in UI/UX testing
- Proficiency in SQL and database testing
- Experience with server-side testing
- Solid test automation skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Outstanding communication abilities
- Willingness to learn and deeply understand products
- Experience with AWS platform
- Knowledge of user behavior and expectations in SaaS environments
- Leadership experience in a testing role
