The candidate for Identity & Access Management Tester will be a hands-on role in adopting and improving Identity & Access Management solutions that support Optus employees. The candidate will play an active role in the testing of new capabilities to improve the identity & access management posture at Optus. The candidate will work with the broader team to identify, develop and perform test plans to ensure the successful completion of the Identity Access Management Onboarding project(s).
Roles & Responsibilities- Actively participates in the developing Master Test Plans, Test Approaches, Test Schedules and Test Cases to accomplish application testing, system testing and functional testing.
- Co-ordinates User Acceptance Testing to support IAM systems
- Communicates quality risks and suggests risk mitigation strategies.
- Attends walk-through meetings to provide input regarding adherence to technical standards and customer requirements.
- Develops processes to ensure the highest level of quality assurance is possible to support IAM Systems.
- Identity Access Management Onboarding
- Participates in the development of Master Test Plan.
- Participate in the development of Test Schedules.
- Develop Test Cases to accomplish effective Application, System and Functional testing.
- Participate in development of automation test scripts as required and maintain existing scripts.
- Perform Application and System testing of IGA Platform.
- Co-Ordinate User Acceptance Testing of Applications and Systems and collate results to prepare and submit Test Summary Reports.
- Experience with core IDAM technologies such as Sailpoint.
- Experience in onboarding diverse applications into an IGA solution including provisioning, deprovisioning, granting of entitlements and user access reviews is required.
- Experience creating and leading test programs for identity integration projects.
- Experience with working with leadership and engineers.
- Excellent analytical and creative problem solving skills
- Excellent listening, interpersonal, written and oral communication skills
