- Experience with test automation tools: Selenium, Playwright, Appium, etc.
- Knowledge of test frameworks in at least one language (Java, Python, JavaScript, etc.).
- Familiarity with CI/CD tools like Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI.
- Understanding of test architecture (API testing, UI testing, load testing).
- Strong grasp of test case design techniques, exploratory testing, and defect tracking.
- Experience with test management tools: Zephyr, Xray, etc.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Define QA KPIs and ensure metric-driven reporting.
- Release planning and risk-based testing.
- Prioritize and allocate testing resources effectively.
- Strong leadership and team-building abilities.
- Good communication with cross-functional teams.
- Conflict resolution and stakeholder management.
- Ability to mentor and upskill junior QA engineers.
ISTQB/Test Architect certifications.
