Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Test Architect to lead and manage application testing teams, with a focus on automation and Agile methodologies. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in automation testing , including experience with Selenium , UFT , JavaScript , Protractor , and Playwright , along with proven expertise in managing large, cross-functional teams and handling multiple projects simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities

• Leadership : Lead and mentor dynamic application testing teams, ensuring high standards of quality and efficiency.
• Agile Management : Oversee and manage Agile teams, coordinating between onsite and offshore teams to ensure seamless execution and delivery.
• Cross-Vendor Coordination : Manage multi-vendor testing initiatives and integrations, ensuring proper alignment and collaboration.
• Automation Implementation : Drive the implementation of automation testing frameworks using tools such as Selenium , UFT , Protractor , and Playwright .
• Project Management : Handle multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring clear communication and timely delivery while interacting with various stakeholders.
• Best Practices Tools : Implement core management methods, tools, and best practices to improve test planning, execution, and reporting processes.
• Stakeholder Engagement : Work closely with different stakeholders, ensuring that testing requirements are met and issues are addressed promptly.
  
  

Required Skills Experience

• Test Architecture : Extensive experience in designing and implementing testing strategies for complex applications.
• Automation Expertise : Proficiency in automation testing tools like Selenium , UFT , Protractor , and Playwright .
• Agile Methodologies : Strong experience in leading Agile teams , with a proven track record in managing both onsite and offshore teams effectively.
• Multi-Project Handling : Ability to manage multiple testing projects simultaneously, ensuring successful outcomes and stakeholder satisfaction.
• Leadership Skills : Strong leadership and team management skills, with a focus on building high-performance teams and fostering collaboration.
