Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Territory Sales Manager to join our team in Hyderabad, Telangana, India. As a Territory Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and achieving sales targets in the paint industry. This is a full-time position ideal for candidates with 1 to 3 years of experience in sales.

Qualifications And Skills

  • Proven experience in achieving sales targets in the paint industry
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build and maintain relationships
  • Self-motivated with a passion for sales and customer satisfaction
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Willingness to travel within the assigned territory

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets in the assigned territory
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers
  • Identify new business opportunities and generate leads to expand market share
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns
  • Provide product knowledge and training to customers to enhance their understanding and value perception
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify potential risks and opportunities
  • Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to the management team
  • Attend industry conferences, trade shows, and other relevant events to network and showcase company products
