- - Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the assigned territory

- - Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve territory sales targets
- - Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the paint industry

- - Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities
- - Provide product demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients
- - Prepare sales forecasts and budgets for the assigned territory
- - Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management
- - Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly and professionally
- - Stay knowledgeable about the features, benefits, and applications of our products
