Role & responsibilities
- Identify and onboard new business partners including hospitals, doctors, and local franchise stores.
- Promote and position Thyrocares diagnostic services to generate business.
- Maintain strong connections with doctors, pathologists, and healthcare professionals to increase brand penetration.
- Work closely with medical representatives, channel partners, and healthcare influencers for business development.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and ensure revenue growth in the assigned territory.
- Conduct regular client visits to strengthen relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Keep track of competitor activities and provide market feedback to management.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth operational execution and client support.
- Strong existing network and good rapport with doctors, hospitals, and medical representatives in Coimbatore.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and travel extensively.
