Job Summary

As a Territory Manager-LFRMR, you will be responsible for driving the sales of consumer durable loans in the assigned territory. You will be expected to develop and maintain relationships with key retailers and dealers, and promote our products and services to potential customers. This is a challenging role that requires a high level of energy, enthusiasm, and a strong sales mindset.

Key Responsibilities

  • Achieve sales targets for consumer durable loans in the assigned territory
  • Identify and develop relationships with key retailers and dealers in the consumer durables market
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential customers and competition
  • Promote and sell IDFC FIRST Bank's consumer durable loan products to potential customers
  • Provide excellent customer service and build long-term relationships with customers
  • Ensure timely and accurate documentation and processing of loan applications
  • Monitor and report on market trends, customer feedback, and competition activities
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement sales strategies and initiatives
  • Continuously update knowledge of products, services, and industry trends to effectively promote and sell to customers

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in retail banking, preferably in consumer durables loan sales
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong sales and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment
  • Knowledge of the local market and competition
  • Proficient in MS Office and CRM software
  • Willingness to travel within the assigned territory
