We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Territory Manager to establish and expand our network across key regions. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the education ecosystem, especially CBSE schools, and proven experience in relationship building, outreach, and territory management.

- Develop and execute regional strategies to promote Prime India Foundation's initiatives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with school principals, management, and stakeholders.
- Identify potential partner schools and onboard them into our programs.
- Coordinate with internal teams for campaign execution, events, and collaborations.
- Represent the organisation in meetings, events, and outreach activities.
- Manage social media and communication efforts within the assigned region.
- Track and report progress, leads, and partnerships periodically.
- Minimum 3 years of on-ground experience in business development, education outreach, or territory management.
- Proven ability to connect and engage with school leadership and management teams.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Basic knowledge of social media and digital content posting.
- Strong network within CBSE school communities preferred.
- Self-driven, result-oriented, and comfortable with travel within assigned regions.
- Graduate or Postgraduate in Business, Marketing, Education Management, or a related field.
