Role: We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Tender Executive to manage the tendering process for solar energy projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing and submitting tender documents, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring compliance with tender requirements. This role is essential in securing new projects and expanding our market presence in the renewable energy sector.

Responsibilities and Duties:

* Identify and analyze tender opportunities for solar projects from government and private sectors.

* Manage and oversee tender submissions on the GeM Portal and N-Procurement, ensuring accuracy and compliance with the requirements.

* Prepare comprehensive tender documentation, including technical and commercial proposals, ensuring all submission requirements are met.

* Track tender submission deadlines and ensure timely delivery of proposals.

* Maintain records of tender submissions and manage correspondence related to tenders.
