• 1-3 years of experience in Tender Management or related field
• Strong knowledge of tendering processes, quotations, and costing
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting
• Ability to prepare comprehensive tenders and cost estimates

Roles And Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end process of tendering including tender preparation, submission, and follow-ups
• Prepare and analyze quotations and cost estimates for tender submissions
• Utilize Microsoft Excel for data management and reporting related to tenders
• Coordinate with internal teams to gather necessary information for tender submissions
• Engage in customer follow-up activities to ensure timely responses and feedback on submitted tenders
