- Filing necessary forms with MCA and RBI as per requirement
- Day to day legal work related with Contracts, NDA etc.
- Statutory and internal Audits.
- Good knowledge of Companies Act.
- Working knowledge of laws applicable to the corporates.
- Good drafting skills.
- Understanding of basic accounting concepts.
