Job Overview

We are looking for a motivated Telesales Representative to join our team at our Jaipur location. This is a full-time position suitable for a fresher with 0 to 1 years of work experience. The successful candidate will represent Nexus Jobs and play a crucial role in driving our business growth by engaging with potential clients over the phone.

Qualifications and Skills

• Proficient with CRM Software (Mandatory skill) to manage and analyze customer interactions and data effectively.
• Skilled in Cold Calling Techniques (Mandatory skill) to proactively reach out to potential customers and generate leads.
• Strong Customer Relationship Management (Mandatory skill) abilities to ensure satisfaction and retention of clients.
• Excellent Objection Handling skills to address concerns and questions from clients confidently and effectively.
• Experience with Salesforce to maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.
• Familiarity with Zoho CRM for streamlining sales processes and enhancing customer engagement.
• Capability in Data Entry to accurately input and maintain customer records and sales information.
• Strong Negotiation Skills to engage successfully with clients and close sales deals.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls to potential clients to introduce Nexus Jobs' services and generate new leads.
• Identify clients' needs and offer solutions that align with their requirements.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities using CRM software.
• Follow up on potential leads and convert them into business opportunities.
• Collaborate with the sales team to achieve collective sales targets and objectives.
• Provide exceptional customer service and manage relationships with existing clients.
• Stay informed about industry trends and market dynamics to update sales techniques and strategies.
• Prepare regular reports on sales activities and outcomes to the team leader.
