Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Telecalling Professionals at Prraniganga.com(sister concern of Nouriture - Anmol Feeds Private Limited )located in NewTown,Kolkata.

The Telecalling Professional will be responsible for conducting outbound /inbound calls to promote and sell our livestock feed products, handle customer inquiries and provide excellent customer service, and maintain accurate records of interactions.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal (English,Bengali and Himdi) and written
• Strong interpersonal skills and customer service orientation
• Ability to handle customer inquiries and resolve issues effectively
• Experience in telesales or customer support roles preferred
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of livestock farming or agriculture is a plus.
• Any graduate with education background from English medium school.
