Telecalling Internship in Bhopal

We are looking for a dedicated and result-driven 'Telecaller– Skill Development Projects Intern' to support the mobilization of candidates for government-funded skill development programs such as PMKVY, PMFME, and others. This is a calling-only position focused on outreach, awareness building, and enrollment support.

Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include

• Making outbound calls to prospective candidates using the provided leads database.
• Sharing accurate and complete information about training programs, benefits, and eligibility criteria.
• Handling basic candidate queries and resolving doubts about the training and enrollment process.
• Following up with interested candidates for registration, document collection, and next steps.
• Maintaining daily call logs, lead status, and activity reports using Excel or Google Sheets.
