We are hiring Telecalling Executives to join our BPO/Customer Care team. As a Telecalling Executive, your role will involve making outbound calls to customers, providing information about products or services, and handling customer inquiries. This position requires good communication skills, a friendly and persuasive attitude, and the ability to effectively engage with customers over the phone. You will be responsible for maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction and meeting sales targets. This is a part-time position with both day and night shifts available, and you will be required to work 6 days per week.

Q: Is prior experience required for this role?
A: No, prior experience is not required. We welcome freshers who have good communication skills and a customer-oriented approach. Training will be provided to ensure you are well-prepared for the role.

A: A minimum of 12th Standard / PUC education is required for this role. Good communication skills and the ability to engage with customers over the phone are essential.
