Job Overview

We are seeking a proactive Telecaller to join our team in Madanapalle. This is a full-time, entry-level position ideal for freshers with 0 to 1 year of work experience. The role involves engaging with potential clients to promote our matrimonial services, requiring excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Excellent communication skills (Mandatory skill) to engage effectively with clients and make a strong impression.

Roles And Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to potential clients and provide information about our matrimonial services.
  • Engage in active listening to understand client requirements and suggest suitable matches.
  • Handle inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns that clients may have promptly.
  • Maintain detailed records of client interactions and update the database accordingly.
  • Work collaboratively with team members to meet or exceed monthly sales targets.
  • Follow up with clients periodically to ensure satisfaction and retention.
  • Provide feedback to management on market trends and client needs to improve services.
  • Participate in training sessions to enhance skills and product knowledge.
