- Maintain accurate and detailed records of all customer interactions and sales activity using CRM software.
- Achieve daily/weekly sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive the success of the team.
- Strong Listening and Communication Skills: Ability to actively listen, understand customer needs, and offer solutions.
- Problem-Solving Abilities: Capable of resolving customer complaints or issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Goal-Oriented: A results-driven individual with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Tech-Savvy: Basic knowledge of CRM software and good phone etiquette.
- Positive Attitude: Enthusiastic and self-motivated to drive sales and meet performance goals.
