About the Role

We are looking for a highly motivated and articulate Tele Caller to join our team for projects focused on outreach, client identification, and data collection. You will be a crucial point of contact, helping to gather essential information, and support our operations through effective communication.

Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls to existing candidates to understand their pain points and to get timely updates from them.
• Gather and accurately document information from calls, maintaining a clean and updated database of contacts and outcomes.
• Follow up on candidates and schedule introductory meetings or screenings for the core team.
• Address basic queries about projects or requirements and escalate complex issues to the appropriate department.
• Maintain a professional and polite demeanor while achieving daily and weekly calling targets.

Requirements

• Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills in English and Hindi.
• Proven experience in a tele-calling, inside sales, or customer service role is preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail for data entry and documentation.
• A professional and persuasive communication style with a high degree of patience.
