Responsibilities
- Lead the implementation and optimization of App Dynamics to monitor application performance effectively. - Oversee the use of JMeter for performance testing ensuring applications meet quality standards. - Provide expertise in Java development contributing to robust and scalable software solutions. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate performance monitoring tools seamlessly. - Analyze application performance data to identify bottlenecks and recommend improvements. - Develop and maintain documentation for performance testing and monitoring processes. - Ensure applications are optimized for performance reliability and scalability. - Work closely with product teams to align performance goals with business objectives. - Conduct regular performance reviews and provide actionable insights to stakeholders. - Support the continuous improvement of software development processes through performance analysis. - Implement best practices for performance testing and monitoring across projects. - Contribute to the development of innovative solutions that enhance product lifecycle management. - Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in performance testing and monitoring. -Qualifications - Possess strong expertise in App Dynamics for application performance monitoring. - Demonstrate proficiency in JMeter for conducting comprehensive performance tests. - Have extensive experience in Java programming for developing scalable applications. - Experience in Product Lifecycle Management is a plus enhancing domain-specific solutions. - Exhibit excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. - Show ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. - Display strong analytical skills to interpret performance data and drive improvements.
