What You’ll Be Doing:

• Planning, organizing, writing, and editing a variety of customer documentation.
• Collaborating with engineers to understand product functionalities and features.
• Creating user manuals, reference guides, and online help content in various formats.
• Ensuring documentation is accurate, clear, and comprehensive.
• Maintaining and updating existing documentation to reflect product updates.
• Utilizing authoring tools such as FrameMaker and Oxygen to produce high-quality content.

What You’ll Need:

• Degree or masters in electronics, science, hardware, computing, software, physics, mathematics, or engineering disciplines. Other technical disciplines considered.
• 3-5 years of technical writing experience in the software or hardware industry.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with strong logical reasoning.
• Proficiency with authoring tools such as FrameMaker and Oxygen.
• Excellent English writing and speaking skills.
