Technical Trainer O&M

DB RRTS Operations India is a part of the DB group, a world-leading global railway company with an extensive organization in Germany and projects around the world. Our company offers a technically sophisticated and customized infrastructure, mobility and transport solutions. We acquire, initiate and manage rail operations and maintenance projects outside Europe. We are looking for transport and mobility enthusiasts and entrepreneurs with long-standing experience in railway operations and projects in India or worldwide.

We are currently seeking you to build up and manage the operation and maintenance of a Regional Rapid Transit System (RRTS) and Mass Rapid Transport System (MRTS) business in Delhi, India. This 82km long Delhi-Meerut line will consist of 16 RRTS and 6 MRTS stations. This will include developing a local O&M company from scratch to full operations, developing and leading a passionate and performance driven team, steering quality, performance and customer satisfaction as well as ensuring economic success in India

• Responsible for providing complete theoretical & practical Initial, refresher & need base training.
• Responsible for preparing complete training documents required for initial & refresher competency along with need base training.
• Track new technical and operational updates in the project and ensure they are implemented in the training.
• Responsible for preparing and reviewing all training material including recent updates (Ex. PPTs, SOPs, Working Orders, Manuals, Modules, MVI etc.).
• Responsible for preparing question bank and exam paper with answers keys.
• Responsible for taking block for providing practical training.
• Custodian of respective simulator and lab (if any).
• Responsible for operation of simulator and lab (if any).
• Responsible for updating daily training status.
• Responsible for completing the training on time.
• Responsible for ensuring safety of staff during training.
• Responsible for maintaining discipline, grooming, attendance, and safety during training Period.
• Responsible for monitoring staff regularly after competency and evaluate their knowledge monthly.
• Responsible for monitoring & counselling staff regularly after competency.
• Custodian of training records of respective Department.
• Identify relevant case studies, videos, real time scenarios and incorporate the same in the training material.
• Act as investigating officer in case of any incident/ accident.
• Responsible for conducting drills frequently to enhance response time of staff and share observations to all concern authorities.
• If any staff found lacking in any area provide training for the same.
• Any other Task given by Training Manager/ Head of Training.
• Overall experience should be 10+ years
• Diploma / Degree
• Excellent communication and coordination skills
