Job Overview

We are seeking a Fresher for the role of Technical Support. This is a full-time, remote position based in either Hyderabad or Bangalore. The ideal candidate should have 0 to 1 year of work experience. As a Technical Support specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance to our clients, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Qualifications And Skills

  • Problem-solving skills (Mandatory skill)
  • Technical proficiency to assist in resolving various IT-related issues efficiently
  • Attention to detail to ensure accurate troubleshooting and issue resolution
  • Analytical thinking to diagnose and solve complex technical problems
  • Basic programming knowledge to understand, replicate, and troubleshoot technical issues
  • Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with clients and team members
  • Teamwork to collaborate with other departments and provide comprehensive support
  • Adaptability to handle varying technical challenges and client needs

Roles And Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support and assistance to clients remotely
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues reported by clients
  • Collaborate with the development team to replicate and resolve client-reported issues
  • Maintain detailed documentation of support requests and issue resolutions
  • Communicate effectively with clients to ensure their problems are understood and addressed
  • Continuously learn and update technical knowledge to stay current with industry standards
  • Provide timely updates to clients and team members about the status of their issues
  • Contribute to the development and improvement of support processes and systems
