Technical Store In charge – Your future position?

As a Technical Store In charge you will be managing all responsibilities of technical store and ensure on time availability of all identified spare parts and consumables with minimum retrieval time. In this role, you will be based at our T&W Operations plant in Ranjangaon, Pune.

Sounds interesting? In this exciting role you will be:

• Support warehousing, receive, store and issue of material & update the same in System on timely manner.
• Execute monthly cycle count and ensure zero variance.
• Ensure stock monitoring, issuance and receipt of inventoried, non-inventoried, repaired spare and tools.
• Ensure proper receipt of project equipment and machinery and ensure proper storage accordance to 5s and food safety guidelines.
• Liaise with maintenance planner /engineer/technician and ensure spare part kitting, readiness for all spares/consumables to support maintenance to reduce mean time to repair.
• Support projects to secure availability of spare parts for new technology.
• Support in development relevant policy and continuous improvement in availability, quality and cost.
• Develop local alternate vendors for spare and consumables without comprising safety and quality. Drive cost saving initiatives.
• Streamline stores operation through monitory inventory transaction.
• Ensure Lean operation of overall Spare part function.
• Monitor and control inventory cost, disposal and stock rotation
• Filing of daily documents as per their type to present for Audit & other purpose
• Contractor management and AMC documents control, service reports and documentations. R&M cost monitoring.

Technical Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in any stream with Diploma in Mechanical preferred
• Atleast 6 to 7 years of relevant experience in a similar role
• SAP is a must
• Language skills: Fluent in English
