Job Description

Item creation and data management

Give support to new equipment spare part recommendations

Managing the tickets in the support portal, evaluating and solving the cases or transferring them to other people and other departments as needed.

Spare part replacement or duplicate detection & communication.

Co-operation with engineering, documentation and sourcing teams to support the sales & purchasing teams with challenging and non-occurring spare part requests.

Other spare part-related technical support tasks.

Required Skills

Technical understanding of machine maintenance and spare part point of view.

Microsoft AX tool experience.

Master data management experience.

Ability to work in English language written and spoken

Supports the success in this role

Feeling comfortable and motivated working in a technical environment with technical products.

A relevant degree with already some work experience especially from global, industrial business environment - and understanding about the global service item support.

A strong team player with good interpersonal and communication skills, drive to find best solutions for our clients and products.

Systematic way of working and ability to prioritize work even under pressure.

Good IT skills (Microsoft Office), especially knowledge in ERP and PDM (Sovelia), and the ability to learn new systems easily.

Collaboration and negotiation skills - you help your team to succeed.

Have good analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

Be capable both in individual and teamwork and have good communications and collaboration skills.

Be capable of working as a member of global spare part teams with different cultures.
