Role Overview: Seeking a Technical Consultant to drive end-to-end integration and configuration projects, with strong API, coding, and problem-solving skills. The role involves direct client interaction and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities:

  • Work independently and directly with clients to gather requirements, design, build for client's business use cases.
  • Understanding client landscape and scope client requirements, preparing business use case(s) and requirements document Responsible for end-to-end delivery of configuration and integration for technical streams of assigned projects.
  • Collaborate with developers, project managers, and other stakeholders to identify integration requirements and ensure successful integration.
  • Ensure that software and systems are integrated in compliance with security and data protection policies and regulations.
  • Prepare a detailed project plan by removing the roadblocks and get signoff from all relevant stake holders (PMO & Client).
  • Document the Business Requirements which includes the functional level configurations, End State of the requirement(s) and Exit Criteria.
  • Do a high-level testing of custom requirements and provide demo to the client(s).
  • Actively looks for opportunities to innovate and become more efficient in our delivery, executing on new ideas and increasing automation capabilities wherever feasible.
  • Coordinates with delivery teams, handover the detailed functional requirement and oversee the delivery commitment to the client.
  • Communicate with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Works with key stakeholders to conducts analysis on technical integration issues encountered during implementations and works with team to implement processes to mitigate reoccurrences.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in technical consulting or technical delivery roles and a proven track record of successful integration projects.
  • Experience with enterprise integration platforms, such as Workato is a plus.
  • Knowledge of data integration and ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
  • Excellent collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to manage multiple integration projects simultaneously, prioritize workload, and meet deadlines.
  • Desire to learn about technology and cloud applications.
  • Exposure to APIs (RESTful, SOAP), JSON, XML, ETL
  • Previous coding experience using any programming language - R, Python, Java etc.
  • Exposure to ERP systems and fundamental concepts
  • Experience working in an Agile development environment is preferred.
  • Nice to have technologies: Postman, AWS/Azure
  • Ability to work independently while maintaining focus on achieving optimal outcomes as part of a collaborative development effort. A can-do person with a constructive mindset, a team player
  • Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills
