About The Role
We are looking for a skilled and experienced Technical QC / QA Engineer to join our quality control team. This role is critical in ensuring that all repaired units undergo thorough functional testing and meet our internal quality benchmarks before dispatch to clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform detailed quality checks and functional tests on a variety of industrial electronic instruments after repair.
- Work closely with the repair team to validate and approve repairs.
- Read and interpret datasheets, service manuals, schematics, and test procedures.
- Use various testing tools and jigs to simulate actual field conditions.
- Document test results, identify inconsistencies, and provide feedback for continuous improvement.
- Strong technical knowledge of electronics and industrial instruments.
- Familiarity with PLCs, HMIs, drives, power supplies, SMPS, and control boards.
- Ability to understand datasheets, wiring diagrams, and technical manuals.
- Experience working in a repair or service center environment is highly preferred.
- A systematic approach to quality checking and a strong sense of responsibility.
