Job Description

We are looking for a Technical project manager to be responsible for handling our company’s ongoing projects. You will be working closely with your team members to ensure that all project requirements, deadlines, and schedules are on track.

Roles & Responsibilities for Technical Project Manager Job in Surat

Ensure all projects are delivered on time within the stipulated scope and budget
Prepare Project document, task line up, modle planing
To customization, and optimization of Shopify stores, including product listings, payment gateways, third-party integrations, and site performance
Ensure all projects are delivered on time within the stipulated scope and budget
Lead the initiation and planning of a project and ensure technical feasibility
Ensure resource availability and allocation
Develop a detailed plan to monitor and track the progress of the project
Coordinate with developers, designers, SEO specialists, and marketing teams to ensure that tasks are executed according to project plans
Motivating the team to achieve organizational goals.
Developing and implementing a timeline to achieve targets.
Delegating tasks to team members
Work with QA teams to identify and resolve issues before launch, focusing on smooth e-commerce operations
Conducting training of team members to maximize their potential.
Empowering team members with skills to improve their confidence, product knowledge, and communication skills.
Conducting quarterly performance reviews.
Contributing to the growth of the company through a successful team.
Creating a pleasant working environment that inspires the team.

Skills for Technical Project Manager Job

Excellent Project Management And communication skills must be Required
In-depth knowledge of Shopify and e-commerce workflows, including store setup, customization, integration, and optimization
Familiarity with front-end and back-end e-commerce development, including basic HTML, CSS, and Shopify Liquid templates
Confidence and skillful negotiating skills
Strong organizational skills to give the team direction
Required Technical skill:NODEJS, REACTJS
Database: MYSQL, POSTGRESQL
Time And Team management
minimum 2 year experince required as an project manager
