About The Role

We are seeking a highly motivated & hands-on Program management professional to join our Data Science team to manage AI/ML, GenAI initiatives. As a Technical Program Manager - AL/ML, you will be at the forefront of managing cross-functional programs that deliver cutting-edge AI capabilities into products, operations, and business workflows. You will serve as a liaison among the Data Science, research, product, engineering, and executive leadership to ensure the successful execution of Generative AI initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end delivery of Data science programs, from concept to deployment and post-launch monitoring
• Coordinate release and backlog planning and prioritization with cross functional teams- Product Engineering, UI/UX, MLOPS & Infrastructure
• Effectively use JIRA, Confluence and other tools to track progress towards goals ensure Metrics are easily accessible to relevant stakeholders
• Work with the Data Science & product leadership to establish quarterly roadmaps & facilitate technical decisions or trade-offs to ensure clarity across teams
• Use Program management skills, technical background and product knowledge to proactively identify risks, issues and drive their resolution
• Ensure GenAI programs align with internal AI governance, data privacy, ethical AI principles, and external regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with legal, risk, and compliance teams to manage risk and ensure responsible AI deployment
• Drive process adoption, analyze current processes & practices, identify gaps, and suggest improvements
  
  
  

Required Qualification

• Graduate/ Post Graduate in computer science, information technology or similar fields
• 12+ years of overall professional experience in software industry
• 5+ managing cross functional programs, building & driving release schedule
• Hands on experience in Project Management Tools- preferably Atlassian- JIRA & Confluence
• Must have - Excellent communication skills & ability to clearly communicate with technical as well as non-technical audience.
• Must have - Working knowledge of cloud technologies and services such as AWS, GCP, OCI
• Must have- Demonstrated curiosity driven learning in prompt engineering, Generative AI, LLMs.
  
  
  

Preferred Qualification

• Project management or Agile certifications - PMP, CSM, CSPO, SAFe etc
• Experience on the AI and data product lifecycle- spanning from data discovery, processing, model development, model deployment, and monitoring
• Familiarity with AI/ML tools- Mlflow, vllm, Containers, Langchain, Langgraph, VectorDB etc.
• Familiarity with Cloud AI services - AWS- Bedrock, Sagemaker, Azure - AI, Machine learning, Hugging face
• Working knowledge of GenAI concepts- prompt engineering, RAG, AI agents will be huge plus
