Responsibilities:
Translate the Product Strategy & Vision:
- Understand customer needs and market trends: Translate customer & market needs into product capabilities and improvements that support the product strategy and overall vision.
- Define the product delivery roadmap: Prioritize features and functionalities for development, taking into account technical feasibility, market demand, and resource constraints.
- Communicate the product vision to stakeholders: Effectively articulate the value proposition of the product & capabilities to internal teams and external audiences.
Product Development & Execution:
- Work with engineering teams: Translate product requirements into technical specifications. Work closely with developers & QA to ensure features are built to meet customer needs and business objectives.
- Manage the development ceremonies: Act as a product owner to enable continuous delivery by the engineering team. Maintain a healthy backlog, monitor development progress, mitigate risks, and ensure timely release & documentation of features & capabilities.
- Drive Product Quality: Provide clear functional and technical acceptance criteria & sign-off to ensure the product meets quality expectations.
Technical Expertise and Deep Salesforce Knowledge:
- Understand the Salesforce platform: Having a strong grasp of the Salesforce platform architecture, capabilities, and limitations.
- Staying up-to-date with new Salesforce features and releases: Continuously learn and adapt to the evolving Salesforce landscape.
- Providing technical guidance: Combine Salesforce knowledge with a deep understanding of the Asymbl architecture in order to design and recommend scalable solutions.
Collaboration and Communication:
- Work Cross-functionally: Collaborate effectively with various teams within Asymbl to ensure successful product development and launch.
- Stakeholder Communication: Keep stakeholders informed about product progress, addressing their concerns, and managing expectations.
- Gather and incorporate user feedback: Actively seek feedback from users, stakeholders, and customers to continuously improve the product.
Additional responsibilities may include:
- Competitive analysis, pricing & packaging, marketing & sales support, and customer success & support.
Qualifications:
- 5 years of industry experience in B2B SaaS with a strong preference given to staffing & recruiting.
- 2+ years of product management experience working on and leading cross-functional teams
- 3 years of working experience with Salesforce (Sales, Service, and Digital Experience cloud platforms), including working knowledge of Salesforce configuration, data model, and security/entitlements model
- Minimum Salesforce certifications: Administrator, Sales Cloud Consultant, and Platform App Builder

- Excellent relationship-building skills
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to observe trends. Able to actively make suggestions based on the results
- Available and responsive to questions, clarifications, and instructions
- Ability to tailor communication to multiple audiences at all levels
- A self-starter, experienced in leading projects or delivery work streams
- Outstanding written communication skills
- Ability to demonstrate concepts visually and in writing in a way that enables stakeholders to decide with confidence
- A strategic approach to solution design, with a proven ability to develop and execute tactical plans to support the strategy
- Change agent mentality – Proactively learns new processes, and identifies opportunities for improvement while promoting their adoption
- Experienced with AGILE software development methodologies
