About the Role:
Madison Logic is seeking an experienced Technical Product Manager to lead our Product team in developing cutting-edge solutions for B2B marketing. In this role, you will work closely with industry experts to drive the development of innovative products that align with our mission to revolutionize Account Based Marketing. As a key leader, you will collaborate with executives, engineers, designers, and data scientists to deliver data-driven solutions that establish Madison Logic as a leader in ABM intelligence. The ideal candidate will excel in data analysis, cross-functional collaboration, and product development, ultimately driving revenue and operational efficiency through the creation of new products and platforms. Join us in shaping the future of B2B marketing with your expertise and vision. This is an Individual Contributor position.
Responsibilities:
Expected Compensation: (Dependent upon Experience)
Fixed CTC: 26 LPA - 30 LPA
Work Environment:
We offer a mix of in-office and hybrid working. Hybrid remote work arrangements are not available for all positions. Please refer to the job posting detail to determine what in-office requirements apply. Where applicable, hybrid WFH days work must be conducted from your home office located in a jurisdiction in which Madison Logic has the legal right to operate. WFH requires availability and responsiveness on a full-time basis from a distraction free environment with access to high-speed internet. Please inquire for more details.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and own the strategy and roadmap for individual or multiple API services, ensuring alignment with the broader ABM platform goals and client needs.
- Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle for API services, from ideation and requirements gathering to development, deployment, and continuous improvement.
- Partner with engineering, design, data, and other Product Managers to create robust, scalable API solutions that power multichannel ABM functionalities, including audience targeting, reporting, and campaign execution.
- Work closely with engineering teams to evaluate technical feasibility, guide architecture decisions, and ensure optimal performance and scalability of API services.
- Act as the bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders, effectively communicating requirements, timelines, and trade-offs to all relevant parties.
- Develop a understanding of client needs translating these insights into actionable product requirements.
- Collaborate with data science and analytics teams to ensure APIs deliver accurate, secure, and compliant data outputs that align with regulatory standards.
- Establish KPIs and regularly assess API performance, user adoption, and platform reliability to identify areas for optimization.
- Evaluate and manage third-party partnerships to enhance the API ecosystem and strengthen platform capabilities.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 5+ years of Technical Product Management experience, with at least 3 years in API services, SaaS, or B2B marketing technology.
- Deep understanding of API development principles, RESTful architecture, coding standards, and data integration strategies. Ability to discuss technical requirements and solutions with engineering teams.
- Familiarity with marketing and advertising technology
- Strong quantitative skills with experience in analyzing product performance, using tools like SQL or data visualization platforms.
- Experience managing Agile workflows, sprint planning, and iterative product development processes.
- Familiarity with data models, validation techniques, and reporting tools.
- Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and influence senior-level decision-making.
- Domain expertise within B2B marketing, ABM strategies, and/or demand generation
- Proven experience evaluating and managing partnerships to enhance technical capabilities.
- Ability to balance long-term strategic vision with short-term tactical execution.
- Problem-Solving: Skilled at resolving complex technical and business challenges with innovative solutions.
- Attention to Detail: Meticulous approach to requirements gathering, documentation, and project management.
- Collaboration: Proven ability to work effectively across diverse teams in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Adaptability: Comfortable navigating ambiguity and shifting priorities in a rapidly evolving industry.
- Customer Focus: Deep empathy for user needs and a relentless focus on delivering customer value.
