Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Lead with 6 to 9 years of experience in VDI technologies including Azure Virtual Desktop Vmware VDI Windows Citrix VAD and Citrix Cloud. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background and the ability to manage hybrid work models. Experience in the Life and Annuities Insurance domain is a plus.

Responsibilities

Lead the design implementation and management of VDI solutions using Azure Virtual Desktop Vmware VDI and Citrix technologies.
Oversee the deployment and maintenance of Windows-based virtual desktop environments.
Provide technical expertise and support for VDI infrastructure to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate VDI solutions with existing IT infrastructure.
Monitor and troubleshoot VDI environments to identify and resolve issues promptly.
Develop and maintain documentation for VDI configurations processes and procedures.
Ensure compliance with security policies and best practices in VDI implementations.
Conduct regular performance assessments and capacity planning for VDI environments.
Implement automation and scripting to streamline VDI management tasks.
Provide training and support to end-users and IT staff on VDI technologies.
Stay updated with the latest advancements in VDI technologies and industry trends.
Participate in disaster recovery planning and testing for VDI environments.
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance VDI service delivery.

Qualifications

Possess strong technical skills in Azure Virtual Desktop Vmware VDI Windows Citrix VAD and Citrix Cloud.
Demonstrate experience in designing and managing VDI solutions in a hybrid work model.
Have a solid understanding of networking storage and virtualization concepts.
Show proficiency in troubleshooting and resolving VDI-related issues.
Exhibit excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Experience in the Life and Annuities Insurance domain is a plus.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Commitment to continuous learning and professional development.

Certifications Required

Azure Virtual Desktop Specialty VMware Certified Professional - Desktop and Mobility Citrix Certified Associate - Virtualization
