YOUR TASKS

• To create 2D drawing to meet Customer and FORVIA HELLA requirements. Deliverables should meet part functional requirements as per stages and V-Model approach. Data transfer based customer portal.
• Developing / Modify existing 2D data of components and subassemblies to mature for nomination, ensuring design readiness for further development stages.
• Generating 2D data for Enquiry / design verification / validation to evaluate design performance and identify potential improvements.
• Preparing drawings and conducting drawing review with experts and key stakeholder as per Functional dimensioning approach.
• Implementing defined Reference Point Systems (RPS) and tolerances for inner parts, LED light functions, and wire harness routing to ensure precise assembly.
• Able to read and understand drawings ( views and Standard text ) of single part / Sub-assemblies
• Need to understand the importance of Tolerances and GD&T symbols
• Incorporating lessons learned from previous mechanical design projects to drive continuous improvement in design processes, ensuring timely and successful completion.
  
  
  

Your Qualifications

• Diploma in Tool and Die Engineering or
• Post Diploma in Plastic Mold Design / Diploma in Plastics Mold Making
• Post Diploma in relevant with Tool and Die / Product Design
• BE/ B. Tech in Mechanical Engineering
• Good in Engineering drawing and Visualization
• 3 -6 Years of related Experience.
• Plastics, Mold design, Part Design, 2D and 3D experience.
• Experience in CATIA V5 will be added values.
• Mold flow communicator experience may add advantage.
• Knowledge in MS Power Point, Excel is needed.
• Should be proficient enough in communication (oral and written) preferably in English language.
