Techdome - DevOps Engineer - IAC Terraform

We're looking for a skilled and passionate DevOps Engineer to join our team in Indore. In this full-time, on-site role, you'll be crucial in bridging the gap between development and operations, ensuring our software delivery pipelines are efficient, reliable, and automated. Responsibilities

• Manage and automate infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) practices (e.g., Terraform, CloudFormation, Ansible).
• Collaborate closely with development teams to ensure seamless software development and deployment processes.
• Design, implement, and maintain Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) pipelines to automate build, test, and deployment cycles.
• Perform system administration tasks, including monitoring, troubleshooting, and optimizing server performance.
• Maintain and secure Linux-based systems, ensuring optimal performance, availability, and compliance.
• Implement and manage monitoring and logging solutions to proactively identify and resolve issues.
• Automate repetitive tasks and workflows to improve operational efficiency.
• Participate in on-call rotations as needed to support critical systems.
• Document infrastructure, processes, and procedures thoroughly.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest DevOps tools, technologies, and best practices.
  
  

Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 3 to 7 years of experience as a DevOps Engineer or in a similar role.
• Proficiency in Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools and practices.
• Proven experience in Software Development concepts and practices.
• Strong hands-on experience with Continuous Integration (CI) tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps).
• Strong System Administration skills, with a deep understanding of networking, security, and performance

• Expertise in Linux operating systems, including scripting (Bash/Shell, Python).
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities in complex environments.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross functional teams.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., AWS Certified DevOps Engineer - Professional, Kubernetes Certifications) are a significant plus.
