Key Responsibilities
- Project Initiation and Planning:
- Work closely with teams to define project objectives, scope, and deliverables.
- Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets.
- Identify and allocate project resources, including team members, equipment, and third-party vendors.
- Project Execution:
- Lead project teams, providing guidance and support to ensure project goals are met.
- Monitor project progress, track tasks, and resolve any issues or obstacles that may arise.
- Implement effective project management processes and Agile development methodologies
- Agile Methodology:
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
- Quality Assurance:
- Implement quality control processes to ensure the delivery of high-quality project outcomes.
- Conduct project reviews and evaluations to identify areas for improvement.
- Relevant experience of 3-5 years
- Proven experience of Managing the team of Mobile and Website Development.
- Strong attention to detail and multi-tasking skills.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Expertise in Microsoft Office applications
- Strong documentation and reporting skills
- Good leadership, decision-making, and organization skills.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies such as agile, and scrum is preferred. Relevant certification is also preferred.
