Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and seasoned Senior Full Stack Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have over 12 years of experience in building and maintaining web applications, with deep expertise in Java Spring Boot and ReactJS. This role demands a robust background in both front-end and back-end development, alongside a commitment to delivering high-quality software solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and maintenance of scalable web applications using Java Spring Boot for the back end and ReactJS for the front end, ensuring robust architecture and scalability.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including UX/UI designers, product managers, and QA engineers, to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications and user stories.
• Architect and implement responsive and intuitive web interfaces, ensuring consistently high performance, accessibility, and compatibility across various devices and browsers.
• Spearhead Agile methodologies in the development process, fostering a culture of continuous improvement through participation in Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
• Integrate with CI/CD pipelines to automate deployment processes via Jenkins, GitLab CI, or similar tools, ensuring efficient and reliable application delivery and minimizing downtime.
• Conduct thorough code reviews, offering constructive feedback and fostering adherence to coding standards and best practices among team members.
• Identify and troubleshoot performance bottlenecks, debugging applications efficiently to enhance user experience and application reliability.
• Mentor and train junior and mid-level developers, nurturing their skills and supporting their growth within the team through knowledge sharing and hands-on guidance.
• Stay ahead of industry trends and emerging technologies, advocating for innovative solutions and methodologies to enhance the development process and product offerings.
• Lead architectural discussions and design sessions, providing technical direction and ensuring alignment with organizational goals and best engineering practices.
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience); advanced degrees or relevant certifications are a plus.
• 12+ years of experience as a Full Stack Engineer, with extensive expertise in Java Spring Boot and ReactJS.
• Strong proficiency in RESTful API development, microservices architecture, and service-oriented architecture (SOA).
• Advanced understanding of front-end technologies, including HTML5, CSS3, and modern JavaScript frameworks (e.g., Redux, Vue.js).
• Proven experience with version control systems (e.g., Git), and deep understanding of Agile methodologies and practices.
• Extensive familiarity with CI/CD tools, containerization technologies (such as Docker), and orchestration tools (like Kubernetes).
  
  

Preferred Skills

• Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and implementing serverless architectures.
• Strong knowledge of database technologies, including relational (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL).
• In-depth understanding of performance optimization techniques and best practices for both front-end and back-end systems.
• Excellent leadership skills with a proven track record of driving successful projects and initiatives in a collaborative environment.
