TaskUs devotes considerable resources to the wellbeing of its employees. In order to help create a community that is safe for all employees, the Wellness & Resiliency Team takes an active role in the primary prevention of mental health concerns through direct practice efforts, e-learning, skills training, and outreach efforts to the TaskUs community. Integrating evidence-based activities and information into employees' job duties to bolster psychological functioning is essential in serving employees' needs at every stage of your journey.
