Job Description
Handling Operations processes for major Europe locations.
Handling Originations process for UK/France/Spain locations
Learn and support other FCE Operations activities Accounts Service, Retail cash allocation, Wholesale, MDRO processes based on business requirement.
Reporting the daily SLA and Quality metrics to People Leader.
Support ongoing projects and new system launches.
Qualifications
Provide support to other processes as required
Bachelor's / Master’s degree from Commerce / Business
- Good in verbal and written communication
- Maintain good relationship with operations team
- Have strong Process improvement mindset
- Ability and desire to take responsibility and deliver results with minimal supervision
- Time Management
- Strong understanding of MS Office Tools
- Flexible in working different shift (Day/Mid)
