Position: Executive/Sr.Executive Operations/Team leader
CTC: 3.5-4LPA
Location: Sahakar Nagar Bangalore
Experience: Min 1 years of experience in handling team of Sales/Delivery executives/Phlebotomists.
Language known: English, Kannada, Tamil
Shift timings: 5 AM - 2:30 PM (Can be logged in at home at 5 AM)
Duties and responsibilities
Develop and implement operational policies and procedures for efficient operations.
Effective team handling/ handling a team size of 10+ employees
Enhance systems, processes, and best practices.
Manage day-to-day operations, overseeing the operations team and department.
Monitor employee and team performance, offering coaching, training, and feedback for improvement.
Handle Phlebotomists and ensure orders are being collected on time
Assigning orders to the phlebotomist and following up with the same
Collaborate cross-departmentally to align operations with organizational objectives.
Implement quality assurance measures for products/services and monitor production KPIs.
Enhance customer service quality and satisfaction.
