Job Description

Role And Key Responsibilities

• Provides day-to-day work direction to the collections team, conducts workload studies, plans activities, sets direction, and supervises and evaluates direct reports
• Reviews and recommend process changes to enhance effectiveness and efficiency.
• Ensures compliance with industry regulations, internal risk frameworks, and privacy laws.
• Defines and agrees upon collections strategies with the leadership team.
• Manages the respective collection team, including recruitment, training, and coaching.
• Develops metrics to optimize team performance.
• Drives the team to meet targets related to delinquency and losses.
• Should have relevant experience in handling collections team/process
• Aware of KPIs and KRAs
  
  

Desired Skills:

• Good communication skill- Must be proficient in Hindi along with one South Indian language (Tamil/Telugu/Kannada/Malayalam)
• Must be a graduate
• Must have prior experience in Domestic collections
