As an Logistics team leader in Grundfos, you will be responsible for the performance of a Logistics team through task guidance, direction setting and motivation of the workforce

Your main responsibilities:

• Responsible for Inbound/Outbound Logistics & Warehouse management
• Should be capable of handling a team of 15 members
• Providing distribution deliveries to customers in the specified region
• Ensuring that the business outcomes are achieved. Stay trained and motivated to add value for Grundfos’ customers.  
• Keeping day to day contact with 3PLs and forwarders  
• Solving daily escalations, escalate if needed and initiate improvements for structural mitigation.  
• Should be capable of handling a team of 15 members
• Tracking, coordinating, managing inbound shipments  
• Managing daily stock report  
• Identifying opportunities and functional process improvements in the current order execution supply chain processes  
  
  

Your Background:

• Any Engineering Degree/Diploma with experience in logistics / supply chain in a large MNC
• Most likely to have 5-10 years of relevant work experience
• Experience in any manufacturing industry would be an added advantage
• English & Hindi – Read/Speak - Mandatory
• SAP knowledge is mandatory – WM & MM level
• Should be strong in system – (MS-office – Excel (Pivot & formulas), PPT – with presentation skill
