Team Leader - Bank and Card Admin

Your Role

As Treasury Team Leader, you will lead the Bank and Card Administration function within the Global Business Solutions (GBS) team at GBISC Pune. This role supports the Atlas Copco Group globally in managing banking, corporate card, and treasury systems. You will ensure accurate user administration, compliance with Treasury guidelines, and process optimization. In addition to operational responsibilities, you will lead a small team, foster collaboration, and drive continuous improvement.

Main Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor Treasury Specialists, ensuring high performance and development.
• Oversee user lifecycle management in banking and treasury systems.
• Administer the group credit card program and support global rollout activities.
• Ensure timely and accurate completion of user requests from subsidiaries.
• Stay current with bank/treasury system upgrades and administration portals.
• Drive process optimization projects in bank administration.
• Produce audit reports for subsidiaries and ensure follow-up actions.
• Ensure compliance with Treasury and local control routines.
• Collaborate with banks, subsidiaries, and internal teams to resolve issues.
• Support strategic initiatives and handle ad-hoc tasks as required.
  
  

To Succeed, You Will Need

Education & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, or equivalent.
• 3–5 years of experience in treasury or finance operations, including team leadership.
  
  

Technical & Professional Skills

• Strong knowledge of treasury operations and banking systems.
• Experience with corporate card programs and user access management.
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
