Job Role – Team Leader (Field Sales - MSwipe Soundbox)
Apni team of FSEs (Freelance Sales Executives) ko lead aur manage karna
Shop-to-shop visit karke MSwipe Soundbox ka promotion & sales karwana
Team ko guide & support karke daily/weekly sales target achieve karwana
Field operations smoothly chalana & issues ka timely resolution
Sales ka accurate record maintain & report karna
Weekly Payout Structure For Freelancers
1 Sale: ₹280
2 Sales: ₹600
3 Sales: ₹960
(More sales = more earning )
Requirements
Sales ya team handling ka experience preferred
Strong communication & leadership skills
Bike & smartphone mandatory
Self-motivated & target-driven mindset
