Key Responsibilities Lead, coach, and mentor a team to meet or exceed performance goals.
Monitor KPIs and provide regular feedback to team members.

Report on team progress and suggest improvements to management.
Train new hires and ensure team members follow company policies.
Manage shift schedules, resolve conflicts, and handle escalations efficiently.
Requirements Bachelor's Degree Or Equivalent Experience Preferred.
Proven experience in a supervisory or team lead role.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Problem-solving mindset and ability to stay calm under pressure.
Excellent time management and organizational skills.
Positive attitude and willingness to take initiative.
