Briefing Execution Involvement in day to day operation
Operational People Client Management
Initiation of Quality process Improvement
Keep a track of leaves Attrition
Excellent interpersonal skills
Prioritizes workload and utilizes resources to develop performance standards
Establishes service levels for production turn time and quality
Presents doubts or queries for clarification to process owners and regularly follow to ensure receipt of appropriate solutions to the same
Facilitates resolves and removes obstacles if any
Mentors and develops team members in taking up the challenges
Motivates team members and provides team members regular performance feedback
Improves performance of underperformers by coaching and counseling Any Graduation
