Roles And Responsibilities

  • Oversee project timelines, milestones, and deliverables
  • Ensure projects are completed on time
  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of senior and junior developers
  • Foster a positive team environment and encourage continuous improvement
  • Provide technical direction and guidance on development projects
  • Ensure best practices in coding, design, and architecture are followed
  • Conduct regular code reviews to ensure high quality and adherence to standards
  • Provide constructive feedback and support to team members
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues that arise during development
  • Offer innovative solutions to improve system performance and reliability
  • Facilitate effective communication within the team and with stakeholders
  • Identify training needs and provide opportunities for professional development
  • Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to keep the team’s skills relevant
  • Develop and maintain coding standards and guidelines
  • Allocate resources effectively to meet project demands
  • Manage workload distribution and monitor team performance
  • Implement and maintain robust testing strategies to ensure high-quality software releases
  • Ensure compliance with security standards and best practices

Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
  • 7+ years of experience in MERN & PHP development
  • Proven experience in leading a development team
  • Proficiency in PHP, JavaScript, and related frameworks (Node.js, Laravel, WordPress)
  • Strong knowledge in MySQL, MongoDB
  • Strong understanding of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Tailwind, React)
  • Experience in managing complex projects from inception to completion
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication abilities
  • Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
  • Ability to adapt to new technologies and methodologies
  • Flexibility to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • High level of attention to detail and accuracy
  • Commitment to maintaining high standards in code quality and performance
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively with other teams
