Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Team Lead- Ops with 6 to 10 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Office 365 and Transact (Derivatives) along with domain expertise in ETD Exchange Clearing House & Service Trade Life Cycle Management and ETD Brokerage Fees Payables & Receivables. This role involves overseeing operational processes ensuring efficiency and contributing to the companys success.

Responsibilities

• Lead the operational team to ensure smooth and efficient processes.
• Oversee the implementation and maintenance of Office 365 and Transact (Derivatives) systems.
• Provide expert guidance on ETD Exchange Clearing House & Service operations.
• Manage the entire trade life cycle ensuring all stages are executed flawlessly.
• Ensure accurate and timely processing of ETD brokerage fees payables and receivables.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline operations and improve efficiency.
• Monitor and analyze operational metrics to identify areas for improvement.
• Develop and implement best practices for operational processes.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
• Provide training and support to team members on technical and domain-specific skills.
• Lead initiatives to enhance system capabilities and operational workflows.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure alignment on operational goals.
• Drive continuous improvement efforts to optimize operational performance.
  
  

Qualifications

• Possess strong technical skills in Office 365 and understanding of Derivatives domain
• Have in-depth knowledge of ETD Exchange Clearing House & Service operations.
• Demonstrate expertise in managing the trade life cycle.
• Show proficiency in handling ETD brokerage fees payables and receivables.
• Exhibit excellent leadership and team management abilities.

Certifications Required

Preferably Certified Office 365 Specialist with knowledge of Atlantis GPS and manual brokerage processing
